These terms apply to purchases from editoraoliveira.com. By buying, you agree to them. Editora Oliveira ("we", "us") is based in Brazil. Contact: suporte@editoraoliveira.com.

1. What you are buying

Our courses are digital ebooks for English speakers who want to learn Brazilian Portuguese, Spanish (Spain) or French (France). After payment you receive a download link. No physical product is shipped.

2. Your license

You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to read and print the files for your own study. You may not resell, share, upload, publish or distribute the files or any part of them.

3. Price and payment

Prices are in US dollars. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Any sales tax that applies to your location is calculated and shown at checkout.

4. Refunds

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee. See our Refund Policy.

5. Results

The courses are educational. The study plans (for example, first words in 7 days and first basic conversations in 21 days) are targets for people who follow the plan daily. Results depend on your effort and starting point, and we do not guarantee fluency or any specific outcome.

6. Intellectual property

All content, including text, layout, covers and illustrations, belongs to Editora Oliveira and is protected by copyright.

7. Disclaimer and liability

The files are provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page applies from the date shown above.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without limiting any consumer rights you have under the laws of your country of residence.
