How it works

• Follow the first 7 days of the study plan. If you are not saying your first words by then, or you are simply not satisfied, ask for a refund.
• Email suporte@editoraoliveira.com within 7 days of your purchase, from the email address you used to buy, and tell us which course you bought.
• We refund the full amount to your original payment method. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show it.

After 7 days

After the 7-day period we cannot offer refunds, except where the law requires it.

If you cannot download or open your files, write to us first. We will fix it or refund you.
